Spa area is wonderful and it's totally worth it to include breakfast in your reservation. Gym is small but nice, Rooms are silent and you are able to get a good rest since the curtains make the room pitch-black. And location is great as well – of course depending what you are in Berlin for.
Check-out process takes forever and you need to fill so many things and then they type it in and you wait and you wait. So I recommend that you do the whole process night before your departure so you are able to just leave the place more easily. Also check-in can take some time but not as long as leaving
The Hotel was quite nice and the rooms and bathrooms was clean and comfortable.
The hotel look and decorations are a bit outdated, it could use a renovation, especially for a 5 star hotel.

Location is pretty much good, over the corner is nice French type of restaurant, where booking is mandatory, but it worth to visit it. Nice breakfast, kind staff
The whole hotel is nice and well equipped, but it is obvious, that it is operated for a long time and some items are subject of ware. The clear height on corridors is sometimes less then 1,9m (at location of emergency lights). On weekend the restaurant was packed with people maybe coming also from street for breakfast/brunch
My room was extremely clean. I liked the hot coco and the kettle in the room. It’s not far away from attractions. 5 min walk from S( metro).
The look of the hotel was old could use some major renovations. Looked more like a 4 star hotel.
