Realize that the train tracks are a block away and 3-4 trains go by at night. If train whistle disturbs your sleep, may want to try somewhere else.

Pros: Location, easy access to meet Alaska State Ferry. Could see ferry approaching terminal, walking distance away. Friendly staff.

Cons: Vehicle access to parking lot was difficult, winding driveway, possibly due to construction. Television picture was quite small, though screen was bigger. Price was kind of high for purpose of our trip - meet ferry to drive off a vehicle.
