Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the spaciousness of the rooms. However, there are frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and outdated facilities. Many guests report issues with amenities such as the pool, elevators, and kitchenettes, as well as inconsistent or unhelpful service. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding it satisfactory and others noting repetitive or low-quality options. Overall, while the location is a highlight, the hotel struggles with cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
