Pros (+) cookies
Cons (-) Rooms had smell of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a smokeless room. You could also hear every sound from upstairs and outside and toilet always was running. Also, Bed was unusually uncomfortable.

Cons (-) Motorcycle shop beside hotel- use area behind hotel to work on motorcycles. Very loud all day.

Pros (+) Good location. Only 10 minutes from the waterfront and historical area. Good breakfast of biscuits, bacon, sausage, eggs, homemade waffles. Refrigerator actually had a separate freezer, not common in most hotel refrigerators. The homemade cookies in the lobby were delicious. Indoor was convenient for children, particularly when it was raining outside. There was plenty of parking.
Cons (-) Construction going on all around the hotel making access to and from hotel difficult. However, this wasn't a fault of the hotel. It is on a very busy street however making walking around in the are difficult. Indoor pool overrun with children. Very small lobby.
