Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many noting its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Some staff members received positive mentions for being helpful and kind, particularly at the front desk and housekeeping. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the level of service, citing rude or inattentive staff, lack of room service, and problems with amenities such as missing towels, broken appliances, and unavailable kitchen basics. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with reports of dirty rooms, soiled bedding, and bugs. The closure of the pool and issues with bed comfort were also frequently mentioned as negatives. Overall, while the location and some staff stood out positively, service, cleanliness, and amenities left many guests disappointed.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The staff was exceptional.
Cons (-) Room was worn. For $200 a night, I expect furniture that is unscratched and a bathroom free of rusty hinges and moldy silicone.
