Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport and the free shuttle service. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several reviews mentioned clean rooms and comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about the elevators being slow or out of order, and some guests noted issues with cleanliness, noise, and unexpected fees for parking or deposits. Overall, the location and service were the highlights, while maintenance and communication could be improved.

The breakfast was terrible. Powdered eggs microwaved sausage, cold hash browns. Plastic in the orange juice dispenser. Homeless woman in the lobby.

Pros (+) This hotel has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in away from home. I brought my own pillow (everyone knows hotel pillows are awful) and slept 9 hours straight--unusual for me as I've suffered from insomnia for over two decades. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Pros (+) The staff was very welcoming and courteous.
Cons (-) Nothing to dislike on this visit.

Pros (+) Very friendly and helpful staff
Cons (-) The sausage and eggs for the (admittedly free) breakfast could use improvement.
