Cons (-) I spent $300 on a room for one night and was told there was no parking and if I wanted to park at the hotel that it was $40 every night.

Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, as well as its excellent location close to key attractions. Many found the rooms and common areas to be clean and comfortable. However, there were repeated complaints about the cost and management of parking, with several guests noting high fees and limited availability. Breakfast quality received mixed reviews, with some guests dissatisfied with the options and freshness. Despite these issues, the positive service and convenient location stood out as highlights for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The furniture in the room was cool.
Cons (-) If parking was free.
Pros (+) Be ready to see a smile on all of the staff faces and hear Good Morning or Hello. They geniuely are happy to be at work and very happy to help you have a great visit.
Pros (+) Location is excellent, walking distance from Centennial Park and many others.
Cons (-) Basics in the room were clean - like the sink and the sheets...however the rest was not...carpet was dusty, little corners of the room weren't cleaned well/had hair etc, and mirrors/tv surface/pictures on wall were just smeared with a rag rather than actually windexed or whatever proper cleaner exists. I will be looking elsewhere next time most likely.
