Pros (+) I appreciate the early check in and the late check out that was extremely helpful.
Cons (-) The initial room that we were given was not clean, it smelled bad the moment we walked in, the glass was used in the sink, no cups in the coffee maker and the soap was open and used in the bathroom. Called the front desk and complained, I was told that we will be assigned to another room and the key will be brought to the room, waited sometime and then went back to the front desk, we were given a ...
