Pros (+) The suite rooms were fantastic. When you have two small children in a hotel room it can quickly feel cramped. Our king bed room was spacious with plenty of room for our kids to play, keep our stuff out of their sight, and allowed for flexible sleeping arrangements! The staff was courteous, friendly, and very patient with my boys.
Cons (-) Our room had two balconies that overlooked the lobby. This was a cool feature, but ultimately meant that we had no outside light. My five year old kept insisting the "sun was up" since he could move the curtains and see the light from the lobby. No bathtub, but not a big deal for one night stay.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly. When we got there, they put us in a room that didn't match he description online. However, when we explained the discrepancies, they quickly changed our room. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was friendly.
Cons (-) I was surprised to learn that wifi was an extra cost. I got a general feeling that the hotel was trying to nickel and dime you more than other lesser star places I've stayed at.
