Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, with many noting that the service exceeded expectations and made their stay memorable. The breakfast is frequently described as delicious, varied, and fresh, adding to the positive experience. The hotel's location is praised for its convenience and proximity to attractions or city centers. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and comfortable, while others mention issues like old furnishings or minor cleanliness concerns. Value for price is a point of contention, with several guests feeling that the facilities and experience do not always match the cost, especially when considering ongoing renovations or dated interiors. Overall, the positive service and breakfast stand out as the hotel's main strengths.
