Room was clean, heater was loud, could hear plumbing noise through walls
If you’re looking for a pet friendly option: look elsewhere. For thanksgiving my family brought our dog when visiting my parents in York. I called when trying to book because adding the pet to our reservation wasn’t an option when booking through the Wyndham website. Cons (-) We had to switch rooms because the first room smelled like smoke or cleaning product to cover the smell of smoke. When we moved to a new room it had 2 green trash bags outside the door that were ripped open as if they had been sitting there for days. I had to clean hair out of the bathroom. Plus the hotel never removed a sticker on the tub.
Pros (+) Desk clerk was helpful and understanding.
Cons (-) Room was filthy and run down. Moved; second room was worse. Horrible property. Never again.
Pros (+) Sheets and bathroom clean. Continental breakfast was nice.
Cons (-) We were put next to barking dogs. Bed was very hard. If we were in room in morning cleaners just asked for dirty towels and gave us fresh ones, we missed getting it cleaned. They did not come back later.
Pros (+) The room was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. The location was also really good.
Cons (-) My only complaint is that the bed and the bed covers were pretty uncomfortable. The bed did have a ton of pillows on it which we liked a lot!
