Pros (+) Location. The refrigerator.
Cons (-) The facility was is disrepair. The tub was dirty. The toilet seat was very lose. The bed sink in the middle. There was no breakfast, not even coffee.

Cons (-) Guy at desk was kinda rude. The hot water took forever to cut on in the shower.
