Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting issues such as cockroaches, dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and general filth throughout the property. Safety concerns were also raised, with some guests feeling unsafe due to the environment and incidents in and around the hotel. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near hospitals, the convention center, and restaurants. Overall, the negative aspects, especially regarding cleanliness and safety, far outweighed the positives.
