Pros (+) Floors were dirty. Given a "non-smoking" room but room and hallways smelled like smoke and stale beer. Phone did now work. Outside door did not luck.
Cons (-) Overall rooms not clean. Facilities in disrepair.

Cons (-) Apparently there are some long term residents who live at the motel and there were some kids hanging out unsupervised making noise and messes in lobby area.

Cons (-) A few hours into my sleep around 11 pm very loud noises were heard. This was apparently a family going in and out of the room opposite to me with a small kid. This continues for a good 5 to 10 min.
