Pros (+) As the title says, great value. Great stopping location when headed to the south or the beach. It's a little rundown, and not highend, but no bugs or dirt and everything was clean enough. Towels are a little scratchy. The place was packed, but quiet. I would stay again.
Cons (-) It's a little rundown and falling apart. I couldn't tell if they were desperately in need of renovation or in the middle of one. Towels weren't soft. Staircases were crumbly.
