Pros: Friendly staff and value for money although rooms were on the small side & basic facilities

Cons: Rooms were small and quite basic but very clean. Couldn’t get the heat from the air conditioner to work & we arrived in January when it was snowing.

Pros: Very comfortable rooms in a tastefully designed hotel with good parking facilities.

Pros: The staff were so friendly, the rooms were beautiful such good value for money, 2 women travelling to southern Spain we felt so so safe, the parking was extremely safe too. The restaurant was 5 star! Food was exceptional staff were amazing and wine was beautiful and so cheap. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Thank you so much.

Pros: We only stayed for one night en route to Bilbao. The hotel is very centrally located in the City, and underground parking was available, which was a major benefit. The room was very comfortable and clean, and dinner in the evening was simple but very nice.

Cons: Better communication and instructions would vastly improve the experience of finding parking and hotel.

Cons: There was no parking and the publicly available parking was a distance away from the property and was expensive. There was no receptionist after 1400hrs and we did not get a chance to speak to anyone at the property for the duration of our stay.

Pros: The location is perfect and it's great value for money.

Cons: It was slightly difficult to get in. We arrived and no one answered the door, we didn't realise you needed to call a number and then you would be given a number to let yourself in.

Pros: Very central location and although the rooms are modern it’s in an old building under the arches. Our room had a lovely view .

Cons: We could hear footsteps above us in the morning , presumably people having breakfast in the room above.

Pros: There was a great communal space on the upper floor where a complimentary tea or coffee could be had with some cake and fruit. Very nice. Location was excellent and the check in arrangement with an entry code worked perfectly.

Cons: We only stayed one night and for a short stay we had everything we needed. It was expensive, perhaps because of the Saturday night, but the room was very well decorated and everything clean and nice.

Pros: This property is situated in the heart of the historic area of Vitoria-Gasteiz. Comfortable bed, clean room.

Cons: The location is very hard to find in a car! Steep stairs - difficult to carry suitcases. Parking difficult.

Cons: El hotel se encuentra al lado de una plaza y el día de nuestra visita se encontraban celebrando algo en la ciudad que nadie supo explicar que era, la parte más incómoda fue en la noche cuando al ser las 23:00 aún no terminaba la música por lo que no pudimos dormir. Entendemos que la ciudad tenga sus actividades pero nos hubiera gustado que nos lo dijeran con tiempo.

Pros: The hotel was in a good location for our journey, which involved driving through France and Spain. The receptionist was particularly helpful. As the restaurant wasn’t open in the evening, she helped us to order some food on the just eat app and was also able to find us some wine! The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were clearly following very strict covid measures in the restaurant the next morning.

Cons: The only issue for us was the parking. We’d been driving for nearly 24 hours when we arrived and our car wouldn’t fit into the underground carpark as we had a roof box. We then had to try and reverse back up the ramp and out into the road and go and park in the next street, which obviously wasn’t secure.

Pros: Good breakfast served by restaurant staff that were very professional in dealing with COVID 19 constraints.

Cons: VERY unprofessional and unfriendly front desk – Poor internet connection.

Pros: Very impressed by the standards in place at the hotel for Covid. The hotel itself was lively, parking underground and we could bring the dogs. Breakfast was varied, again Covid regs were very much in place but I was glad of that.

Cons: - the air condition does not work well during the night. I've complained but received no response; - noisy room; - there was a constant smell of cigarette in the last days. I've complained two times, but nothing was done (as it seems was standard protocol on this hotel)

Cons: We couldn’t park our van as underground car parking, our van was too high, main car park closed , we had to park in shops over the road . Only 1 pillow in the room, asked for another pillow but told they didn’t have any spare, had to use my coat rolled up as a pillow

Pros: Quite modern design, nice and warm room. Nice number of amenities.

Cons: Rather thin walls - could hear all the activities of our neighbours. A/C was "shooting" from time to time - making surprised sounds. I think if we had left the A/C enabled, we wouldn't have slept too much. Location not perfect, to be honest.

Pros: The care the hotel takes against Covid19 was excellent. There is a shopping center across the street with a hipermercado. And it was calm at night. We were traveling to Portugal so this hotel was extremely convenient for only one night

Cons: For being an apartment with kitchen it was pretty bad that the refrigerator did not work and neither did the stove. It might have been just that apartment, just that day, but before you unpack make sure everything works and ask to be moved to another apartment.

Cons: The units have kitchens which you are not allowed to use unless you pay more. The most disappointing is that not even a kettle is available for use which they refused to give us one when asked. As it was the 26th everything was closed including their own Restuarant. Location is not close to restaurants that were open either. Don’t recommend staying here if you want to make yourself a basic cup of tea . Disappointing all round for the price we paid.

Cons: Nothing- It was a little far from the center but there is the most wonderful park through which you can walk the entire way to town

Pros: The rooms are very big and have a very big kitchen. But these apartments are more for long stay.

Cons: Someone broke into our car. Personnel at the hotel wasn't helpful at all. Also they did not ask how our stay was. Would not go there again.

Cons: Very pleasant staff. Clean and well kept. Room small but OK. Near highway so it is practical

Pros: Relation price vs quality is simply unbeatable! Also the breakfast was good and covid measures are well respected by the personnel. Plenty of gel dispensers everywhere. The restaurant across the road is within the same relation price vs quality! And tables for the hotel are reserved!

Pros: The hotel consistently exceeded our expectations from arrival to departure. We were especially impressed by the measures taken by the hotel staff to ensure we felt safe. Special thanks go to Naroa and her ability to multi-task - to serve breakfast and manage reception at the same time.

Cons: Price was outrageous, no A/C, when asked, staff said there was no need for air conditioning. "Just open the window is going to be cold tonight." But it was 84 during the day and the room is unbearable, "just open the window." Dogs barking all night and the room was hot even with the window open. I do not know if I will e vg er stay at another IHG property.

Pros: The hotel is in the historical center of Vitoria, next to many bars and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom.

Cons: The room didn’t have A/C and the reception only work from 8am to 2pm, it doesn’t feel secure. I think is a little expensive in comparison with other hotels in the area

Cons: We had to check in using an automated machine in the entrance, which didn’t work well and was very depersonalised. The room was very noisy- we had to leave the windows onto the street open because there is no air conditioning. Finally, the use of the local car park is convenient, and despite offering its use for a discount, it still cost 18 euros.

Pros: The hotel is well situated near the town centre and convenient to restaurants and cultural attractions. The reception staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Cons: The hotel has recently changed hands and the cafeteria previously attached to the hotel in deactivated. This meant that it was not possible to have breakfast in the hotel. The hotel is a bit difficult to find.

Pros: It was clean and pleasant. We were happy to find free parking on a Saturday on a street behind the hotel. Our room was very quiet due to the fact that it was facing inner space between blocks (not pretty, but quiet).

Cons: The price is a bit too high for what it is. Their menu is quite pricey as well, so didn't eat there. Instead, we went to a Michelin restaurant and paid less.

Cons: Air conditioner should be more flexible

Cons: The fa,ily room was $158US a night. Parking was additional $15 euros and a hassle. Every time we came back and had to park I had to leave the car in front of the hotel, walk over to the reception and wait for the receptionist to be done with whatever she was doing to acknowledge me and open the garage for me. I then had to,switch elevators to get to my room, which was impossible to do during check out, because the maids were using it.

Pros: The location was great - easy to park but still close to the historic center. The hotel was very nicely decorated- modern, but comfortable, and the rooms were very big. The shower was great as well!

Cons: The shower leaked a little bit, so when we showered the bathroom floor got a puddle of water.

Cons: The bedroom was a bit cold. There is no heater to put on, only cold air and it is ridiculous since it is located in Vitoria, a cold area.

Pros: Truly 5 Star hotel with luxurious fittings and facilities, a little soleless but that was probably due to the CR19 crisis. Great secure parking .Cafeteria food didn't match the rest of the hotel

Cons: This is a fact rather than a like or dislike . We require facilities for disabled, this hotel can only offer a bath, we adapted our routine and used a bath chair provided by the hotel. Whole suite huge so suitable for wheelchair users, but it is an adapted facility rather than bespoke. Washing is an important criteria for all guests.!!!

Pros: Friendly welcome and helpful with advice on our departure.. Large modern room, clean , large comfortable bed. Good en-suite - clean, modern , functional.

Cons: This booking was a last minute change of plan as Covid 19 shutdowns cancelled our first choice location further south. Unfortunately there was a mix up over provision of an evening meal as we were to be the only users of the on-site restaurant, and in the event it was closed. If the meal had been anything like the breakfast though we had a lucky break. Awful coffee - a bit unusual for Spain, little choice to eat- sliced bread to toast and cake- and the only juice available was I'm sad to say not a good bottled Peach . Location was industrial, but that said, seemed safe and quiet probably due to curfew. Oh, and the restaurant itself, bland, I've been in nicer Dentist waiting rooms.

Pros: Well located for an overnight stay if you are traveling, five minutes from the motorway with easy car parking. There is a bar-restaurant with a large terrace and a reasonable menu. The room was clean and tidy with a large bathroom and all the staff were friendly and attentive. I was traveling with my dog.

Cons: No breakfast facility at 7.00 am. I would have liked a coffee! This is not really a negative and didn't worry me in the least as my stay was overnight - however, the hotel is located on a main road in the middle of an industrial estate, part of which is derelict, so don't expect pleasant views! Despite the location, there was little traffic or noise.

Cons: Considering that it was the hottest day of the year, it was horrible that the AC didn't work and with the noise from the terrace it was difficult to sleep with the window open.

Cons: Could not reach near by car, we had to park the car in a nearby parking garage, the hotel entrance is in a gallery with a check-in terminal. How to check-in was not clear to me, I therefore called the information number for assistance, in the end after some frustration we were able to enter the hotel.

Pros: The hotel is practically automatic, but in my case the access not working in second day, easy to solution with a single call to back office. I missing a park more chipping around, I'm try find a place to park but so far, for day the parking around 15.9 euros by day of course...

Pros: Excellent location between the train station and historic centre. Close to a tram stop and two minutes walk to Plaza Mayor. Booked online 5 minutes before arrival and given it was an online check-in, I was worried there would be issues (i.e. booking had not yet processed etc) but it all ran smoothly.

Pros: I like the fact that it was middle of the city and was lively with loads of fun had time to walk and window shopping and it was awesome

Pros: Very good location. Easy in and out. The first night was cold .Then they immediately turned the heat on for me after I complained.

Cons: Shouldn’t forget the reception is in a different address from the place I stayed, there is a Dato and a Dato 2. The room is in a long and narrow shape which made the moving around a little difficult. It is a place full of statues which could scare you when open the room door because the first thing you see is a big dark shade with a sword in his raised hand. The shower space is so small I couldn’t take a shower without the body touching the curtains or bumping the head somewhere. I felt dirtier after I took a shower because I could get germs that didn’t belong to me. Facilities are basic and the room is out of date.

Pros: Location is great: walking distance to train station, the park, the plazas, main streets and old town. I could check in at midday, which was very convenient. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Room 226 was clean, warm, quiet and amazing value considering it's location.

Pros: This property is great fun and we enjoy the extras around the hall and stairways - they have to be seen to be believed. We appreciate the table and chairs in each room. It is handy to the station. We've stayed here several time and would stay again.

Pros: Great location, especially if you’re travelling by train. Fantastic decor, splendour of another age. Clean and quiet so long as your neighbouring guests aren’t noisy (thin separating walls). Beware if stairs aren’t your thing. Excellent value in lovely Vitoria-Gasteiz.
