Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it ideal for exploring Viterbo and the historic center. The service, particularly from the owner Renato, was highlighted as exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating, often going above and beyond expectations. While breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it basic and others appreciating its quality, it was generally seen as adequate. Parking was convenient for many, though a few mentioned extra costs or difficulty accessing the garage. Room sizes and comfort were positively noted in several reviews, though a few guests found some aspects of the rooms or bathrooms less satisfactory. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming and the experience memorable for most visitors.

Pros (+) I loved the location. It is just inside the city walls and close to the universe. The staff is friendly and the room was clean. Great value.
Cons (-) I wish there was shampoo in the room. Other than that I have nothing else that I thought they could change for what I received for the cost.
