Pros (+) Convenient location near the main train station in (Torino Porta Nuova) and on the edge of main city shopping and museum district Energetic staff willing to help Nice views from top floor rooms
Cons (-) One staff member was new to the hotel and gave a number of wrong information details which caused us some issues, but she worked hard to correct the issues once discovered.
