Cons (-) Initial room was on first floor handicapped accessible and required a bit of negotiation to get a higher floor and better room. Then, although we left the room a little late the first day we alerted the front desk so that the room could be serviced, it was not touched when we came back later that night - the manager did apologize and discounted our fee however
