Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the breakfast selection and quality, as well as the comfort of the beds in many rooms. However, several reviews mentioned negative experiences with staff and service, including unhelpful or rude personnel and issues with digital check-in. Room size and cleanliness were also common concerns, with multiple guests finding rooms small, dated, or not properly cleaned. While some appreciated the modern amenities and value, the negatives around service, cleanliness, and room size were recurring themes.
