Guests consistently praised the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several reviewers highlighting positive experiences with specific team members. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many guests describing dirty rooms, stained linens, and poor hygiene in both private and public areas. The rooms are quite small. May be someone to help with the luggage as reception is at 1st floor.
