Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport, making it ideal for business trips and short stays. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple mentions of dirty linens, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Some amenities, such as the gym and pool, were noted as outdated or not functioning well. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
