Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and transport. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests mentioning specific staff members who went above and beyond. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews noting clean and well-maintained rooms. However, the rooftop pool was frequently described as small and sometimes lacking amenities like towels or shade. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it limited. Noise from the surrounding area and occasional service lapses were noted by a few guests, but overall, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
