Pros (+) This hotel is in a nice setting, across the street from nature exploration opportunities for families, and right on the beach. It features a good breakfast and free parking. It is a good distance from the main tourist traps.
Cons (-) This was the wrong choice for a Spring Break stay with my family. It was cluttered with college students and definitely not in the condition I would expect and desire for a family stay. I felt unsafe to leave my room with my young children due to the ridiculous behavior of drunk and vulgar teenagers and young adults. Pros (+) Good clean room next to the beach front. Wife uber excited about the pokestop adjacent to the room and the available Pokémon available to catch.

Pros (+) The breakfast was great. We complimented the chef on great chorizo and eggs. The variety of food was great. The night staff was helpful and quick to respond. The hotel staff in general was very nice and hospitiable.
Cons (-) The hotel seemed to be overpriced, for such a dated hotel. The halls had a strange dirty smell. The elevators never seemed to work. Our room was just, ok. The pubic hair all over the bathroom floor and door was pretty gross. The shower curtain was dingy and dirty. The AC didn't work properly, never seemed to cool the room. We definitely will not stay here again.
