Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests praise the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the beds. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting musty smells, visible dirt, and ongoing renovations that detract from the experience. Cons (-) I ran into an issue with my reservation and rather than help me they double charged me. The management clearly had no interest in having me as a returning customer and I can confidently say I would rather sleep in the street than give baymont inn a cent ever again.
