The Hampton Inn and Suites Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is the first LEED Certified hotel in the Hampton Inn Family. The environmental friendly design and construction utilizes alternative energy sources to limit consumption of energy and water. Our green contributions extend to the hotel operations where recycled printed materials, environmentally sensitive cleaning solutions, and an in-house recycling program are utilized. Our guests can contribute to this environmental awareness by participating in our in-room recycling and linen reduction programs. To ensure clean air within the hotel, the Hampton Inn and Suites Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is a 100% Smoke Free facility. The four story hotel features 108 guest rooms and suites, and three meeting rooms. The design of the hotel is based on the historic Sarasota School of Architecture which features larger windows and more natural lighting elements and an attractive, native landscaping that was consistent with design. Despite our airport location, the energy saving building design ensures a nearly soundproof guest experience. The Hampton Inn and Suites Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is the only hotel to be located on the airport premises. Complimentary Airport Shuttle Service and a real-time flight arrivals and departure monitor in the lobby provide stress reducing conveniences to assist our guests in transitioning from their hotel stay to flight. Our location is less than one mile from the most popular tourist attractions in Sarasota, the Ringling Complex which features the Ringling Art Musuem, the Ringling Circus Museum, and the Ringling Venetian Mansion Estate. Sarasota beaches, Lido Beach and Siesta Key, and nearby Longboat Key and Venice beaches all offer sugary white sand, 87 degree crystal blue waters, and the family friendly Gulf Coast waves. On the way to the beach is the popular St Armands circle, just over the bridge from Sarasota, offering the entire spectrum of shopping and dining, from the high end eateries and boutique shopping to beach bars and Souvenir shops. St. Armands is bustling with activity from mid-day to past mid-night. Sarasota is recognized as Florida's Cultural Coast and is home to a professional symphony, ballet and opera. In addition, more than 10 theaters and 30 art galleries are located in Sarasota. Most notable is the acoustic perfection of the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, seating 1700. The vibrant Sarasota downtown area calendar of festivals, events, concerts and theatre productions is full year-round, and overflows during the February-April months with the Sarasota Film Festival, Baseball’s Spring Training Calendar, and Performing Arts venues offering near nightly entertainment.
