Pros (+) This hotel was set in the middle of Santiago and was like an oasis of peace in the big city. The grounds were beautiful as was the building. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - going beyond what is expected. The Grand Hyatt was located close to a great shopping mall and good restaurants The room was large and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) The only thing I disliked was the first room they put me in. It was low with a terrible view and a CRT television. When I asked, they changed to a great room. To be fair, I got there early so better rooms were not available and they let me use the room until a better one was available.
