Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's central and convenient location, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviewers mentioning specific employees by name. However, there were frequent complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, with many guests finding them old, poorly maintained, or not matching the photos online. Value for price was also criticized, with several guests feeling the accommodation did not meet their expectations given the cost. Despite these issues, positive experiences with staff and location were consistent highlights.
