Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing significant cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, excessive noise, and maintenance problems such as broken appliances and air conditioning. While the location was praised for its convenience to San Jose and the airport, positive mentions of staff and service were outnumbered by complaints about noise, cleanliness, and room comfort. Some guests appreciated the friendly staff, but overall, the negatives outweighed the positives in these reviews.
