The breakfast is frequently described as complete and delicious, and several guests mention the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. However, there are repeated complaints about service, particularly regarding staff communication and friendliness, as well as issues with amenities like the pool and elevators. Overall, while the hotel excels in location, breakfast, and cleanliness, improvements in service and maintenance are needed.
