I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was. I stayed in a corner room which was a good choice. I had plenty of room to relax. A couple of things I would have liked differently would've been a clock in the room so I could keep track of time without having to check my phone every 5 minutes. Pros (+) The AC Hotel brand is a study in design excellence. Everything from the materials, surfaces, fixtures, furniture and flow is SUPERB. I had a smallish room but it could not have been more comfortable, efficient or delightful. Excellent bed and bedding. Sink/bathroom setup was functional and beautiful. Cons (-) The free lobby coffee (as opposed to the coffee that comes with breakfast—thank you Nespresso) was not on point. I’d go so far to say it was almost undrinkable. Easy fix—up your coffee game to the rest of your hotel standards, AC, and you’ll be making US fans for life!

Pros (+) Nice location, walking distance to the show we came to see, also the Jazz arena and various restaurants and shopping. Hotel is new, modern, sleek, nice rooms
Cons (-) This is going to sound petty, but the linens on the bed were too new, not broken in, so they were not soft. Also, the pillows on the bed were too large and kept our head at an off angle. Would be nice to have different kinds of pillows available for different tastes. Also, no exercise facility.
