Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the breakfast and the hotel's convenient location. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, unclean sheets, and lack of housekeeping. Service also received criticism, especially regarding unresponsive staff and issues with early check-in or housekeeping. The pool being closed or under renovation was a common disappointment. Overall, while some guests found value and comfort, recurring issues with cleanliness, service, and amenities like the pool affected many stays.

Very good
Jeff, Apr 2018
Pros (+) Comfortable. Not overly expensive for Regina
Cons (-) Nothing fancy, just a basic small room. Everything was little thread bare.

Jennifer, Oct 2016
Cons (-) Some updated finishes but peeling paint and dirty carpets. The common areas appear to have had much more attention than the individual rooms. Holes in the window screen, burnt out light bulbs, peeling paint in the bathroom, a/c didn't work, key access through side doors disn't work... etc etc
