The hotel has a lovely ambiance. Rooms are spacious and warm. The restaurant+bar has an insane view of the mountains. The lobby has a massive fireplace surrounded by high-backed reading chairs. The hotel is located in the middle of a steep hill. And if you go down the hill, you have to come up the hill to go back to the hotel. Pros (+) The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel pampered. Design of the room was exceptional. It was also very quiet and comfortable. Amenities were excellent. Convenient location, just far enough away from the busy road and nightlife.
Cons (-) The bed was really uncomfortable. The heater was also too powerful next to the bed, and we turned it off at night out of necessity. Neither of us had a good night's sleep while we were there.

Pros (+) We were upgraded to a suite, free water, turndown service. They were amazing!! Free bottled water even when we left. Great food too. Our most favourite Accor experience
