Good 6.0
Pros: Very pretty setting in wooded area. Private
Cons: What the pictures don’t show is that the cottage backs up to Bradford St. it can be a little noisy if sleeping in the loft. Also, the cottage could have been cleaner. A lot of dust. Especially in loft and on shutters in bath.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: If you are going to PT to walk the streets and see the scenery then this is the perfect spot. Close to restaurants, shops this destination will not disappoint.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Patrick, the owner could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was too notch, the room and location were perfect. Truly and fantastic stay on every level. 10 out of 10 and 5 stars!
Cons: Nothing not to like here
Excellent 10.0
Pros: John and Patrick are amazing hosts! The room was wonderful although the mattress was very hard and next time we will just request a room with a softer mattress. Their breakfast is amazing and they are very knowledgeable in the history of Provincetown where this inn is. Our little cottage was so quaint and away from the road very private! I would go there again and again and again!
Cons: mattress In room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful and beautiful. We’ll be back.
Cons: WiFi was poor.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Ability to use a private entrance in the back.
Cons: There was no light in the closet.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is our second visit and again found the Inn exceeded our expectations. Patrick is very attentive to guest needs and welcomes conversation. The room was tastefully decorated with all guest needs considered. A tasty and abundant breakfast was well prepared by chef Andrew. The location is also very convenient to all Commercial Street shops, galleries and dining. We will definitely be back.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The eclectic decor and convenience to get downtown. It would be about a 20 minute walk but very scenic with the cape rustic houses.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was fantastic and the view was incredible!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful facility and location. Breakfast and evening wine and cheese included. Very COVID conscious. Beautiful view of the water from the decks and sitting areas. Overall, very nice facility in a great location.
Cons: Only negative is that the walls are very thin. Unfortunately, we had people next to us who were very noisy. Also, with COVID, staff was bringing food in the morning and late afternoon to the guests. So, sometimes there was no one in the office when we had a question, but the attention to COVID was more important.
Good 7.0
Pros: Beautiful property.
Cons: Callus concierge. Won’t stay again.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The ONLY reason my fiancé and I rated the facility an 8 is because, unfortunately, because of Covid, we weren't able to utilize all the amenities. Breakfast style was adjusted to fit the new rules, but it was amazing. Our room was so charming and the facility was so Zen. I loved how close it was to the main st but not to close to the noise. I spent hours reviewing hotels because I knew nothing about Provincetown. I was so happy with what I chose.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place to stay- very comfortable and a wonderful location! LOVED the zen garden.
Cons: It was perfect! Wish the spa was open- will come back again and try it once Covid is over..

Cons: Difficult parking

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location was one block from the hustle of Commercial. Great location for walking, bar hopping, dining out or meeting friends. The breakfast was just enough. Granola, fruits, juice along with in room coffee was perfect.
Cons: Size doesn't always matter but Im a bigger guy &n the room size was cozy. This is not a negative but a reality. The room has a king size bed, tv, fireplace, plenty of lighting, grooming supplies & towels. Most importantly a small kitchenette area with fridge.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked that we could choose what we wanted to eat. I also like that it was nicely served and that the food was fresh and delicious.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was cozy and clean. The security was on point. The separate outdoor entrance, as well as an inside entrance, minimized contact. Our hosts made sure that all COVID-19 precautions were in place and followed
Cons: Nothing

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast was lovely. I ate it in my room as there's not a common area. The no-contact arrival was just fine, no confusion there. The place is close to everything. I arrived during the very off season, but I'm sure prime situation in the summer.
Cons: Parking was tricky. In the off season, you can park down the street for free! But I'm sure that changes in summer. This would not be accessible if you cannot handle stairs. The walls were a little thin, I could hear my neighbors arrive late, but otherwise nothing huge.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was delicious and about less than a block from the water!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful room, great location!
Cons: Zero complaints!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Traveling during COVID-19 is so tricky but the White Porch Inn made for a perfect getaway. The location was proximal to center of town for walks down Commercial St. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The Inn and our room felt and looked very clean, and we didn’t see or hear any other guests. Our room was comfortable and attractive and I took advantage of the jetted tub, and the fireplace was a welcome winter addition. Breakfast was a delight w/two options and room delivery time choices. We would definitely recommend this Inn and we look forward to returning.
Cons: Minor details, but the room was warm without using the gas fireplace and the only way to control for it was opening the windows which had no screens. Also, since we only did takeout, next time I will book one of their larger rooms w/seating space away from the bed. Just something to consider and not a criticism of the Inn.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved everything about it, from the room to the porch, to the charming house. It’s adorable! Tom the owner and his husband were amazing and soooo nice!
Cons: No real parking, only three spots available.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My husband and I decided to spend one night at Provincetown after we got married. The ferry arrived around 7 PM from Boston, and Tom and Felipe welcomed us with a bottle of champagne. What a nice wedding surprise!!! The room was very clean, comfy, and beautifully decorated. I can’t wait to come back!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, great view of the ocean, comfortable, breakfasts, very lovely 💕
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Paul our host was over the top efficient helpful and friendly. The gas fireplace was an added pleasure, updated bathroom lovely. The holiday decor was charming. We're absolutely coming back!
Cons: ??
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean! The room we stayed in was great. Very spacious and lots of light. It was also great to have warm breakfast every morning. I love that is right on commercial street. Made going around town a lot easier.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Paul was a fantastic host and very communicative - he really cares about his guests. The pandemic is taken very seriously and check-in/out are seamlessly non-contact, as was breakfast. The room itself had everything we needed and a beautiful ocean view.
Cons: I imagine during peak season, it can be loud being on Commercial Street but during this time, you're probably not looking for a quiet getaway anyway!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was hot and ready at our desired pick up time. He accomadated our request for apple juice and had sufficient options for us to chose from. He was able to switch our room to a bigger and nicer room which we thoroughly enjoyed with our own private outdoor screened in patio. It is located nicely in the heart of town within walking distance to many shops and eateries.
Cons: Room 6 was a little small but luckily we were able to upgrade to the king suite which was a beautiful room with a great view.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super comfortable bed!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the owner being so responsive to the comfy bed. This place was wonderful. Will plan to come back and stay here again

Excellent 9.0
Pros: I loved the look of the interior of the hotel lounge and upstairs area. The room was very clean and decorated in a very Cape Cod way. The room and bathroom was spacious and felt like I had a lot of room.
Cons: The decoration were nice but everything was very white/pale. Felt like it was almost a psychiatric ward haha but that's just my personal preference. I still think the decorations were pretty.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff very accommodating and the place is very clean 👌
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Kevin was great!
Cons: Everything was great!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Steps away from everything. Upkeep of the property is very good.
Cons: Had a bit of an issue with the room being ready/clean on check in. Took two times to rectify.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The room was large, We got a king size bed. The water pressure was good.
Cons: The staff was RUDE RUDE RUDE. They never answered the phone becasue they were not sitting at the front desk, well you could forward the phone calls to a cell phone, which is what I do now working remotely. They said they had beach towels, which I got on Saturday and returned and then on Sunday they said they had no beach towels and I got a shrug from the staff. Towels were gold at Pilgrim House because I requested addtional towels on Saturday at 5 pm and they got them to me after 10 pm and on Sunday when I asked for more towels, they said I need to leave my towels outside and only then they would return them. When I got there and paid an additional $25 per night for parking, there was no notice of where to park. They called me to ask me to move my car which they left on my voicemail. Of caourse I called back and no one answered. When I went to a worker, he gave me attitude and tosses me the notice where to park and another guest telle me how to get to the off street lot. The staff blamed everything on corona virus because that prevents you from having towels and placing the notice where to park in your welcome package. The sad part is my husband and I stayed here 2 years earlier and had a positive experience. Currently the staff has never heard of customer service and this customer will never be back.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Right in the middle of Provincetown. 5 minute walk to ferry. All of the staff were so hospitable. The room was cute, bright and clean.

Good 6.0
Cons: No value for money . We expected better from the breakfast which was served after paying so much money . No shower wash in the bathroom . Rooms were really basic after paying so much . Rooms were quite small
Good 7.0
Pros: The food, mini fridge, beds and staff were all great!
Cons: The bathroom was very small. The toilet area was way too small for anyone over 5’10” tall.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very clean. Efficient service. Nice patio and great breakfast. Comfortable room. Not that far from Boy's beach.
Cons: No pool.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Had a great 3 night stay at the Foxberry inn. It’s located in a quiet little area close to the beaches (5 min drive from Herron cove and about 10-15 from Race Point) and 5 min drive from town. Everyone working there is super friendly and helpful and the room was extremely clean with super comfy beds. The included breakfast was superb!! We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t ask for anything more.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We definitely come back soon, room was sparkling clean, staff very friendly, breakfast also tasty. We had amazing time. Jana and Matej

Cons: Looked it all
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. The views were beautiful. The spa tub was huge and the fireplace was a special treat! I'll book this room again.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like. I loved it all.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: location was excellent, but the room was very small.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super cute little room that was quite sufficient for our overnight stay. The balcony was fantastic as was the sunrise we got to see from it. I would absolutely stay here again. Amen for evening bubbles as well!
Cons: Only thing I could say is it is an older place so you can hear everything. I'm pretty sure this will be the case in most places in Provincetown though. I will bring earplugs next time.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was confortable and clean with a great view

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I’ve been staying at this place for years. It just gets better every year. This year due to the global pandemic and travel ban I had to cancel. They understood and were gracious and friendly about the whole thing over the phone. I love this place even more and will recommend it to all my friends and family.
Cons: A great place.
Good 7.0
Pros: Very clean
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lovely breakfast delivered each morning! Peaceful and wonderful as always! Perfect location for walks to Herring Cove and into Ptown!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was delivered on time! Within walking distance to Shops and restaurants. Had a pool.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I'm mostly writing this review for other travelers who might be wondering how things are during a pandemic. I did a fair amount of research for hotels in PTown re cleanliness protocols in covid times and ended up choosing the Seaglass because their protocols re-assured me that they were taking this seriously. They have a 24h no occupancy in between guests for each room, no house keeping during your stay, and you order breakfast everyday and it's delivered to your room. I really love their mini-croissants, I could eat a dozen. The pool is also clean and nice, with plenty of space for social distancing. The garden is well maintained and, last but not least, the staff is very accommodating and welcoming. They have EV charging station on site
Cons: The location is a bit more out than most properties in Ptown. Still walkable, around 15/20min to the pier. If you wanna bike, there's a bike rental just across the street.
Good 6.0
Pros: Quiet and relaxing
Cons: Too stiff bed
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Nice huge rooms, lovely property, great staff, and very good breakfast. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Got a good last minute deal and was very pleased.
Cons: Heating/cooling systems could use an upgrade, but still work fine. Housekeeping was a little spotty (items not restocked.)
Good 7.7
Pros: Staff was friendly. Beds were good
Cons: It was a bit far from downtown for the price paid.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Loved our stay! Just a 10-15 minute walk from the action on Commercial Street. The pool area is a great place to relax after hitting the beach. Cookies at the reception desk are a nice touch. I hope we'll get to come back soon!

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great hosts. Delicious breakfast. Perfect location. Safe and clean practicing all COVID best practices.
Cons: It was all excellent. Our bathroom was very small and the bed was a little too soft for my cranky back.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the breakfast was excellent, hot, delivered right on time
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was delicious!!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The doors to the rooms led out to the main deck, a very nice arrangement. The breakfast area was ideal and felt peacefully inviting. Decent size rooms, personal patio, super clean— nice job.
Cons: The Inn is on a one-way. Commercial St gets busy with pedestrians and bikers, makes for nervous driving. Solution is to just be parked early. Enjoy the perfect downtown location.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Audri and Robyn are wonderful. The breakfasts are always a special treat. Great food, great conversation. Comfy beds. Excellent location. We will absolutely stay at Admiral's Landing again.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was having to leave to go home .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was freshly baked and presented beautifully. The B&B hosts were extremely knowledgeable of the area and made excellent sightseeing suggestions. All guests at breakfast were friendly and fun to be with.
Cons: I have no complaints.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: A delightful B&B in quirky brilliant Provincetown. Clean comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Tasty and generous breakfast. Knowledgeable and informative hosts.
Cons: Stairs up to Room 6 are not for the faint hearted!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful hosts. Immaculate, comfortable, beautifully appointed room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly innkeepers, great location, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: All I can say is, “WOW.” You gotta stay here! Room, facilities, and meal were fantastic. But, the breakfast experience was my favourite part: the conversation was lively and engaging; the other guests came from all over the world; and the coffee was endless! Robyn seemed to enjoy and participate freely with local knowledge and plenty of travel advice. Audra was always ready with a broad smile, inviting us in. Robyn and Audri were the quintessential hosts. We can’t wait to go back!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great spot, friendly hosts, and very clean, comfortable room. I left at 5:00 AM so missed breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All aspects of Admirals Landing were superb! Breakfast was good, the facilities clean and every attention to detail in the house as well as the hospitality was taken care of. Wonderful B&B!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My husband and I just got back from our one year anniversary weekend-getaway at ptown. Admirals Landing was our first experience in a B&B, and honestly we were a little skeptical at first. We were blown away by how amazing our stay was. Robin and Audrey were amazing hostesses. They were helpful and informed with absolutely anything we had questions with. Breakfast was fresh cooked and delicious. We stayed in room #6, which is very secluded and romantic. It's on the second floor and has it's own private staircase to get there. The steps are steep, but I had no problem and I'm in my second trimester with twins. The room itself was spacious and clean and had a fireplace and a private bathroom. The location is great as everything is walking distance! We HIGHLY recommend this B&B!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was perfect
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved my stay at the Stowaway. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Steven is a great host and made me feel welcome. The bed was so comfy. I had a little patio where I could plan out my day and have a cup of coffee. I walked from the East end to the West end, I felt incredibly safe at night. There were bikes to use for free and I went to Race Point Beach and Herring Cove Beach. I will definitely come back and stay at the Stowaway!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The house was very clean and pretty. Steve, the owner, was very nice and gracious. He has an amazing dog, too. I thought the room price was very reasonably priced with breakfast and the use of bikes included.
Cons: Sometimes it was a little loud on the main level, and I woke up a few times. I think that is just part of the fun, laid back energy of the house, which is nice to have, too.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent location, 5 minutes away from city centre. Beautifully decorated room. Big garden, sitting room and living room downstairs that can be used, too. Complimentary bikes for guests. Super helpful and nice hosts (Steve and Austin) and guests.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff went out of their way to make our stay great. The house was very comfortable. The location was great. Open with plenty of room and a great yard.
Cons: There was a little snafu on arrival and our room hadn't been turned over but the innkeeper worked hard to make sure things went well after that.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean, comfortable, spacious, beautiful details, great host!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wow! Words cannot describe this Gem of a Guesthouse, from the moment you set eyes on the driveway in. Steven (& Friends) make you so welcome. Upgraded room at no extra cost. Luxurious home, bed so so comfortable. End of a 2 week road trip for us, celebrating our anniversary, and this place knocked our socks off! What a fabulous place to stay, and a fantastic place to visit.. So relaxing, fun, and enjoyable town. You must put this place on your bucket list, and Stowaway is the only place to stay whilst there. Can't wait to go back, and we'll bring our own Halloween costumes this time! Thanks for a wonderful stay Steven, and wish you all the success you'll surely have.
Cons: Too short a stay at the end of our trip. If this had been the beginning of our trip, we wouldn't have moved on.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Decor, ambience, hospitality, free happy hour!!, breakfast made by two amazing hosts
Cons: Nothing

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Charm was a cosy yet luxurious stay! The beds were super comfy and we got the best night's sleep. Breakfast in bed was a great perk inspite of COVID restrictions, they made it work well. Top location too. Would recommend!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The booking was very easy. There was a very thorough email about health safety and cleanliness that was so comforting. The bed was very soft and the room was lovely. The roof deck was relaxing amongst the tree tops. You are one street away from the action, making this a nice quiet location. In house staff was very attentive. The owners check on you to make sure everything is perfect.
Cons: As expected, parking can be a challenge. They try very hard to accommodate at the property.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms were a good size and had plenty of room to move around.
Cons: Parking was a little tight but I was in a pick up truck.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was good. Delivered to our room as promised. I loved the back deck. The shower was awesome. The bed was very comfortable
Cons: The only downside was eating breakfast in the room, there was not enough room to eat. Not a huge issue
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was excellent. The breakfast was excellent and so was the manager Louis. We will always stay here when we return to P-Town.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was awesome!!!!! Really spectacular and wrapped up nice. I loved the staff and it was a great place to stay!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My girlfriend and I come to the cape every June. We love Charm's location. A bike ride away to beaches and a short walk to commercial St. We also love Charms deck for the great view and relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. We will continue to come back
Cons: Beds are a bit squeaky.
