Nothing much.
The staff is not courteous or hospitable. They have so many rules that made it feel like staying in some strict hostel. They charged late check out fees when we were late to check out by 15-20 minutes, which they hadn't informed us earlier. It would have been nice if the people were friendly and hotel actually felt like a hotel.

The location is great! Not on the beach but not far if you take a taxi or bus. Plenty of places to get traditional Thai food, chinese, or your typical American food.
Being a festival week, the hotel was pretty with guests. Nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel itself.

The rooms were clean and really nice. There was a snack room with drinks and snacks available, which was really nice. Front desk was helpful. Hotel offers ferry to (and from) Phi Phi islands with pickup at hotel, so it makes it easy for a day trip.
