The interior decoration is quite nice. The location is great and the cleanliness is also very good.
The staff were very friendly but not very knowleadgable not quite aware of what happened in the city. We were in Phuket during the vegetarian festival and many restaurants and shops were closed during the period. We asked where we should eat and they could not really give us information. They also could not gave us recommendations.

Cheap price but excellent location, friendly staff, clean hotel, quiet and tastefully decorated. One very extra thing the staff did for us, was to hand us a map of the area and mark all their favourite eateries and activity spots, based on what we said we were looking for. They don't accept individual tips as they promote collective responsibility and rewards, but there is a group tip jar at reception, and we left them a generous tip for their excellent service.
Not something I didn't like, but just something to be aware of: There is a pool, but it's small and more like a lounge pool for 2 people at a time. Also the lift is very small, so large groups may need to use the stairs or take turns in the lift. Again, not a minus, just something to be aware of.

Everything! 1) The warm, friendly and efficient staff. We were fortunate to have been assisted by Joanna and Alvin with places to visit! 2) Our rooms were opposite a beautiful mini garden. Both were very clean, with comfortable beds . 3) They served lovely breakfast with a great cup of coffee. Also, the owner- it was a pleasure and An honor to have met the charming and hardworking, Ms Jorgie! This hotel deserves a perfect score!
The flush in one of the toilets wasnt working properly. We have been offered to change rooms but we declined. Everyone was eager to help and that’s highly appreciated.
