Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access public transport, restaurants, and city attractions. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Some guests appreciated the spaciousness of their accommodations. However, a few negative comments focused on noise issues, especially from the street or plumbing, and some noted the hotel's older, dated appearance. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with most guests satisfied with their stay.

Excellent breakfast buffet! Comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Property in the picture looks 1000 times better than the real entrance and reception. Didn’t ask for pool or gym, so I have no clue. Overall great experience for three days in Perth!
