Pros (+) It was affordable and on the water front but so was the holiday inn. For an extended stay this would be a fine place to stay.
Cons (-) Nothing is included. You have to do a lot of the prep work for house keeping and they have an earlier checkout compared to every hotel I've stood at. They don't even provide coffee.
