Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s friendly and efficient staff, as well as the quality and variety of breakfast and amenities such as the onsen, drink bar, and manga corner. Many enjoyed the clean and spacious public baths, the buffet, and the convenience of free shuttle buses. However, several reviews noted that the rooms and facilities are dated, with some concerns about cleanliness and the condition of bathrooms. Overall, the positive experiences with service, breakfast, and amenities outweighed the negatives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
