The hotel itself is pretty and nice but the STAFF is almost as awful as the food! The staff wasn’t welcoming from check in, didn’t care to help with anything and were rude 99% of the time! We had 1 nice waiter our whole trip! No room map or any information given to us at check in, I didn’t even know which way my room was. Now the food! The food by the VERY SMALL adult pool was awful! Pros (+) Great staff. They were friendly helpful. Drinks were a little weak, but that was fine as you can have as many as you like. Clean rooms. Good food. Great beach.
Cons (-) Only issue we had was the distance from down town. It was an hour ride about to the boardwalk. Thankfully the cabs are cheap and easy to get.
