Comfy bed, shower doesn't drain
The bed was very comfortable. That's about all that was good about our stay. Front desk staff were understanding and very pleasant.
Before even going into the room we saw it is very close to the laundry room. But being on a schedule we didn't have time to wait in the busy line to be told they have no other rooms. Couldn't be that bad though right? Between the inconsiderate housekeeping staff speaking to each other at near yelling volume at 7:30am and banging laundry bins going back and forth, I can't understand how the hotel books people in that room. I am a solid sleeper and even I woke up to the noise. Next was the shower bath...the water didn't drain fast enough so the water was up to the ankles by the time you're finished. And remember this is a family hotel. Sometimes there will be sports teams staying. If you are looking to visit Niagara Falls as a couples getaway, book a more expensive hotel closer to the falls. This Ramada is a top choice for teams. Remember 233...book a different room if you choose to stay here.
Lots of extra charges
Good comfortable beds
No breakfast included, charge 20 for parking a night. Resort fees. Add to your price when shopping. A room that you think you got a great deal, you really don’t. Hotel needs a clean job. Windows have never been cleaned since it was built.
The hotel is ok. If you need a place just to sleep, this hotel is good for that.
I didn't like that there was fee for the parking.
many hidden fees
$20 parking not mentioned on kayak $6 resort fee not mentioned on kayak
Clean. Beds were comfy
The facility fees at the end. Especially when you didn't use what they were charging you for.
it was just ok
It was convenient to take the bus to Niagara from here, however they charge 15$ per night for parking! You don't find out until you get there. Park in the casino or any other place. It's only $5
Stay away from older building
If you stay here make sure you get booked in the newer building. Our room was located in the building that has not been updated. The room was moldy smelling. Carpet was damp. My suitcase smelled like mold from being on the carpet for two days. Staff was very nice and beds we're comfy.
Get ready to pay
10 min drive to the falls, room was very big (king bed suite)
No breakfast, paying parking fee plus other fee's added up to $45 besides our night stay
Far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the tourist trap, but still have to drive to get to the falls. There is a outlet map across the street from the hotel.
The shower tiles weren't cleaned well. Some have molds. Staff that checked us in is not very helpful. One of the buildings doesn't have an elevator.
