Cons (-) I went to check in after dropping off my bags earlier due to a work function. When I came back to check in several hours later I was told a pipe had burst in my room so they put me up at the Hyatt across the street. Very inconvenient for me at 11pm to say the least. Since they were sold out I was moved!!!
