Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing serious cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, presence of bugs and roaches, and unpleasant odors. Service was also frequently criticized, with reports of unhelpful or absent staff, booking problems, and lack of housekeeping. Safety concerns were raised due to the rundown condition of the hotel and incidents like attempted car break-ins. However, a few guests mentioned the convenient location and felt the price was fair for what was provided.AI-generated from customer reviews
