Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent beachfront location and easy access to the sea. The staff and service are frequently described as friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making many guests feel special and well cared for. Cleanliness is also highlighted, with several reviews noting well-maintained and tidy rooms. Breakfast receives positive remarks for its variety and quality. Pros (+) It was nicely decorated
Cons (-) I was mischarged for a lunch I didn't have nor sign for. I wasn't even there for lunch, my check in was at 4. Customer service won't help me fix it. I wasn't given happy hour discount for being charged minutes after happy hour (though I ordered during happy hour). Wifi is not free. Mini bar and bar are overpriced. Was charged a charity donation without being asked. Legal robbery is what it is
