Pros (+) It was nicely decorated
Cons (-) I was mischarged for a lunch I didn't have nor sign for. I wasn't even there for lunch, my check in was at 4. Customer service won't help me fix it. I wasn't given happy hour discount for being charged minutes after happy hour (though I ordered during happy hour). Wifi is not free. Mini bar and bar are overpriced. Was charged a charity donation without being asked. Legal robbery is what it is
