Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the exceptional service, with staff described as friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Many appreciate the hotel's traditional decor and tranquil atmosphere, as well as the spacious and comfortable pool area. However, the location is frequently mentioned as a drawback, being remote, difficult to access, and lacking nearby amenities. Cleanliness also receives positive remarks, though a few guests note minor issues. Overall, the hotel is recommended for those seeking relaxation and excellent hospitality, but less so for travelers wanting easy access to city attractions.
