Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to key attractions. Many reviews also commend the friendly and attentive staff, with several guests noting positive experiences with housekeeping and front desk personnel. However, a significant number of guests report issues with noise, especially from nearby streets and boulevards, which negatively impacts sleep quality. Cleanliness and value for price are mentioned positively in some reviews, but concerns about amenities and occasional maintenance issues are noted.
