Pros (+) It was convenient to our home while our apartment was remodeled.
Cons (-) We didn't like anything about our stay. The room was filthy. Dog food and candy all over the floor, a syringe and small bag on the floor, methamphetamine on the dresser and floor, hair and blood on the sheets that the desk clerk had to change. Cons (-) Some staff were polite, others very rude. Breakfast was bad. Fruit was rotten and had to beg two different people to get the waffle batter refilled
Pros (+) Stayed one night for an athletic event I was participating in. Check in was quick & painless. Bed was very comfortable. Room had a microwave & fridge which was not stated in the hotel's info (wish I'd known this before). Nice shampoo (Matrix) and clean towels. Air conditioner worked very well. Offered me a late checkout time so I could come back after my event to shower before the trip home.

Cost me almost $150 for one night but that seemed the going rate for that weekend, when numerous big events were going on in the town and every motel in town was full.
