Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the sanctuary and local attractions. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unwashed linens, and poor maintenance. Service is also criticized, with reports of unhelpful staff and unresolved issues. Bathrooms are frequently described as uncomfortable, broken, or lacking hot water. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and bathroom facilities.
