Loved the staff , very helpful despite us being late checking in . Rooms basic but comfortable. Location great . Right by the river and a few hundred meters from sanctuary.

Location was very good. Walking distance to the Sanctuary and quiet.
Pillows were very uncomfortable. After a full day outside doing touristy stuff, one would look forward to a good night sleep and providing good pillows would have been great!

The hotel is right by the river. I got a free upgrade to a suite on the top floor, which has a window overlooking the river. The parking is right across the street and free from 6pm-9am.
The room look old and could use some remodeling.

Accessibility to public transport and excellent parking opposite the hotel. Cleanliness and impressive reception and dining room. Plenty of space in waiting area. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety.
We arrived late @ night and was shocked to be told I didnt have any booking by lady receptionist. Luckily, my confirmation was on my phone. Also, no coffee/tea making facilities in room.
