Summary of reviews
Guests say
The hotel is praised for its excellent and central location, making it easy for guests to access main attractions and public transport. However, many guests reported recurring problems with the WiFi, which often did not work or was unreliable. Service was another weak point, with several guests mentioning unresponsive or absent staff, and difficulties in communication. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some rooms described as clean and others not meeting expectations. Bed comfort also varied, with some guests finding the beds comfortable and others complaining about hard or uncomfortable bedding. Overall, the location is the main highlight, but improvements are needed in WiFi, service, and some aspects of room comfort and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
